The training program for the newly appointed unit managers (4th batch) for Grameen Trust Social Business Program is started today, August 12, 2015. Eight newly appointed unit managers are taking part in this training program. The 24 days long training program will be conducted in two phases. First phase includes the briefings in the head office & second phase includes practical training in the field for 20 days followed by two days review meeting & experience sharing at Grameen Trust head office.

During the first day of the training program, discussion on SB concepts & its principle , methodology, NU selection, clarification of information sheet & how to fill it on, preparation of business plan & its presentation at the Design Lab, provision of agreement to be signed by the partners, appointment of manager, repayment schedule are discussed. Grameen Trust has also included a short training on Excel program , Photoshop for trainee unit managers.
