On behalf of Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Prof. Muhammad Yunus, Dr. Helmut Müller, Lord Mayor of Wiesbaden and Hans Reitz, Managing Director of The Grameen Creative Lab, we are pleased to invite you to the first ever European Social Business Forum, which will take place on April 22nd, 2013 in Wiesbaden, Germany.

Over the last couple of years social business has become a recognized business model in Europe and is at the core of the European Union’s economic strategy. Social business aims to create sustainable solutions to address economic and social problems both locally and internationally. Being launched in the first Social Business City worldwide, the European Social Business Forum is expected to be the central event in the field of social business in Europe, bringing together the social business community to develop the social business movement in Europe.

The forum is on invitation and limited to 140 participants approximately. Participants are social business practioners, academics, policy makers and social investors. In the context of the forum Prof. Yunus will also give a public speech on the evening of the forum.

The European Social Business Forum is co-hosted by Yunus Social Business GmbH in Frankfurt and is supported by the Yunus & You - The YY Foundation in Wiesbaden.
