With the motto of ‘Turning unemployment into entrepreneurship’ Grameen Trust (GT) has supported 624 Nobin Udyoktas (NUs) with the investment of Tk. 10,34,65,000 (USD 1,326,474) until 23rd December 2015.
[NEWS_IMAGE] The 25th Internal Social Business Design Lab (ISBDL) of GT chaired by Mr. Ehsanul Bari, Managing Director of Grameen Krishi Foundation was held on December 23, 2015 to appraise the project proposals presented by the NUs. Thirty nine proposals were presented during the Lab. Total amount of approved investment against these Thirty nine proposals is Tk. 60,90,000 (USD 78,077). The businesses of the projects include factory, service & transportation, shop, business, live stock & dairy , handy craft & cottage industry.
