Grameen Trust (GT) has crossed 11,000 New Entrepreneurs in its 735th Executive Design Lab (EDL) held on November 24, 2019 at Rajbari Unit under Faridpur Anchal. The Design Lab was chaired by Mr. Delwar Hossain, Anchal Prodhan, Faridpur Anchal. A total of 6 project proposals were presented by the potential new entrepreneurs and all the proposals were unanimously approved during the Lab.
Till November 24, 2019, GT has approved a total of 11,031 Nobin projects with the equity investment of BDT 72,37,62,500 (USD
8,290,521.19). The businesses of these projects include shopkeeping , fisheries & livestock, handicraft & cottage industry, micro business, services & transportations, factories and Agriculture & Forestry. Among 11,031 New Entrepreneurs, 3419 are female which is 31% of the total New Entrepreneurs.
