The 26th Board Meeting of Grameen Telecom Trust (GTT) was held on 18 December 2016. The meeting was chaired by honorable chairman of GTT, Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus. All departments updated the Board of Trustees on various operational issues. After the presentations and discussions, the board took a number of decisions and set future plans.

The 25th Board Meeting was held on 4 October, 2016. The meeting started with a welcome address by the honourable chairman, Prof. Muhammad Yunus. It was followed by a report on GTT’s activities presented by Ms. Parveen Mahmud (Managing Director, Grameen Telecom Trust) and also the ex-officio. The meeting approved the proceedings of the previous meeting. The Board also discussed eighteen (18) agendas.

The 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was also held on Tuesday 4 October, 2016 chaired by Prof. Muhammad Yunus. The meeting started with approval of the previous (4th) AGM proceedings. A progress report on Grameen Telecom Trust’s (GTT’s) activities was presented. The 5th AGM discussed and approved 5 agendas.
