Social Business Day gathers every year the whole family of social business practicionners on the date of Peace Nobel Prize Laureate Prof Yunus. 2018 edition was held in Bangalore at the Infosys Convention Centre and gathered over 1200 participants from 42 countries.
At the occasion of SBD 2018, Yoan Noguier, Director of the Yunus Sports Hub presented its 2018 activity plan.
Elisa Yavchitz - Managing Director of Les Canaux, Social Business House in paris - and Yoan Noguier then presented Impact 2024 during the "Social Business and Sport" plenary. Impact 2024 is a program co-created by Les Canaux and the Yunus Sports Hub, which aims at supporting Paris 2024 Games Organizing Committee for the delivery of their inclusive and sustainable agenda.
Practically speaking, Impact 2024's role is to maximize the social businesses share within the 6 billion euros needed for the organization and delivery of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
After a short video of presentation by Elisa Yavchitz, Yoan Noguier described in detail the implemented mechanism to reach such a goal.
