In order to encourage teachers from College of Management to improve the ethic and social responsibility teaching knowledge and skills, CJCU organized an Ethic Teaching Workshop on September 26th. We invited Chang Yu-Hern distinguish professor from National Cheng Kung University to share the experienced of ethic and social responsibility teaching. Hoping to breed the professional people with ethic through this ethic teaching.

Professor Chang Yu-Hern used to be the Dean of the School of Management at NCKU, Chairman of Mandarin Airlines, General Manager of China Airlines, Director of Civil Aviation and Director of Transportation Research Institute of the Ministry of Communication. He has many teaching and practice experience. He used in-depth explanation to introduce the development content and the teaching experience of ethic and business social responsibility. At the same time sharing how to use stories and cases which close students’ life make the class more active. Teachers who joined the workshop all said that they benefit a lot after professor Chang’s speech.
