SOCIAL BUSINESS DAY - 2014
REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
Payment
 - Yunus Centre reserves the right to refuse attendance to individuals who have not paid in full for their registration.
- Full registrations and payment must be received by 5.00pm on 10th June, 2014
 
Substitutions
- Substitutions are permitted only with the prior written agreement of Yunus Centre.
- Substitutions made during the conference require written permission from the original delegate and prior payment of any additional charges.
- Delegates are not allowed to share a registration – one registration per delegate.
 
Cancellations
Cancellations of registration must be by letter or email socialbusinessday@yunuscentre.org.  Yunus Centre normally disencourages all kinds of refunds.
 
- If a cancellation notice is received less than 30 days before a conference /event, no refund will be given.
 
Alterations to the program, cancellation or postponement of the conference/event
 
- Yunus Centre reserves the right to make alterations to the arrangements of conference/event as published, either before or during the conference/event.
- In the unlikely event of the conference/event being cancelled by Yunus Centre, a full refund will be made. Liability will be limited to the registration fee paid by the delegate.
- In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the conference/event is being postponed or the dates being changed, Yunus Centre shall not be liable for expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate.
 
 
Speakers
- Views expressed by the speakers are their own. Yunus Centre cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the conference/event or any material provided to delegates.
 
 
Insurance
- In the event that a delegate is unable to attend the conference/event for any reason, Yunus Centre is not responsible for any costs incurred by the delegate. It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference/event
> Yunus Centre does not accept responsibility for any costs, charges or fines incurred by delegates in the process of attending the conference.
 
 
Photography & Filming
> For promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the conference/event. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise Yunus Centre by email at socialbusinessday@yunuscentre.org.
 
 
Delegate details
> Registrant’s contact details (name, organisation, business email, business postal address) will be provided to sponsors and exhibitors to contact them regarding their services. Delegates who do not wish to receive such communication should advise Yunus Centre by email at socialbusinessday@yunuscentre.org.

> Registered delegates name and organisation will be placed on an attendee list for all delegates to see who is at the conference for the purpose of networking and meetings. Delegates who do not wish to be included on this list should advise Yunus Centre by email at socialbusinessday@yunuscentre.org.
 
Additional Speaker Terms & Conditions
> Yunus Centre may use the speakers’ name and presentation materials promoting delegate attendance at the conference.
> Presentations and associated materials will not be returned unless specifically requested.
> Yunus Centre may record or video the speakers session and this may reproduced or sold to delegates or those who were unable to attend. Speakers who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise Yunus Centre by email at socialbusinessday@yunuscentre.org.
 
 
Waiver Of Liability
Yunus Centre accept no liability to any persons or body for any loss
